I ordered on 11/25/16 crystal drop pendents, one blue, one turquoise & one pink. They emailed me updates from order to delivery by USPS. Received them today 12/2/16 & they are lovely as pictured. After reading complaints I was concerned about getting the product but I had absolutely no problems. It arrived in a nice box with each pendent in a velvet pouch with string ties. ORDERED A BRACELET OVER A MONTH AGO - STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT & I'M GUESSING I NEVER WILL. THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH THEIR BOGUS PRODUCT, PRETEND THEY SHIPPED IT AND HAVE NO CONTACT INFO. THEY MAKE LIKE IT SHIPPED AND GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER. IT'S BOGUS. NICELY DONE. I ordered two flash drives for IOS Phone from this company back on November 21st, I have not heard from them at all. I paid thru PayPal. This is definitely a caveat emptor site. Buyer be ware. I will be contacting PayPal for resolution. They have also bombarded me with numerous adds for their products. Will not be dealing with them in the future. I bought one product from them and have been hounded by them ever since. 6 or more emails a day and you can't get rid of them. Stay away from this company. They don't even give you a number to call to get off their call list.

I'm not understanding where you are posting the information to contact customer service. Unless, of course, you are talking about the website. So... where's the customer service info on the website? I sent for a bracelet for a gift in August and never received the item. First response to my e-mail was that they were out of stock due to popular demand, send message from them was to saying item would be with me in 2 - 3 days, nothing came. 3rd response said my item must have got lost in the post. 4th response when asking for my money back was nothing at all from them. I ordered the semi colon bracelet, got a tracking number that for over a week has been saying that all they have done was created a label, sent facebook messages and emails and no response... do not order!!!!!

I tried for two days to place and order for 6 items. I finally got all the way to checkout and gave all my credit card info. Then it went into a loop and kept saying to refresh this page if not redirected. Needless to say, no receipt ever showed up in my email and the refresh kept spinning.
