I ordered from this company for Christmas.I never received my order...however they charge me for the item.

Luckily I paid through Pay Pal and got my money back. This company had the nerve to send the item I ordered for Christmas, receiving it March 2017. I did not reorder the item. Got my money back and I was done with them in January.

Now I have to go to Pay Pal again and try to get my money back again for something I did not order...yet they had the NERVE to charge my Pay Pal Account. This company should not be allowed to do business of any kind.

They rip off the consumer and the the consumer has to fight to get the money back.I am stresssed and more than pissed off.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unauthorized billing.
