I purchased some earrings a few weeks ago from Florence Scovel jewelry online.What a mistake!

I have not yet received the earrings (it's been at least 3 weeks) and when I have tried to contact them...there are no places on their website to complain or even contact them. What's up? I am pissed!!!! I see their ads constantly on Facebook.

Am I the only one who has been scammed? This is absolutely criminal, that they get to advertise on Facebook and continue to take money and not produce the product. Let it be known that every time I see an ad for them on Facebook, I will for sure post my discontent and experience with them and defer people from buying from them.

And further, I will contact Facebook and let them know that they are scamming people and using Facebook to advertise.This is the very first time I have had an issue when I have ordered online and I am very angry.
