Bought two bracelets for Christmas for my daughters - one broke within twenty four hours of putting it on. Immediately emailed Florence Scovel at their customer complaints address but it bounced back saying not a valid email address!

Tried to contact them via AN & Associates - that seems to be a defunct website too
All in all I hit a dead end whenever I try to contact them and have noted that their website says that they cannot refund anything after 30 days - how convenient when you cannot contact them in the first place. Am throwing it all in the bin and will pass the word
