Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bought two bracelets for Christmas for my daughters - one broke within twenty four hours of putting it on. Immediately emailed Florence Scovel at their customer complaints address but it bounced back saying not a valid email address!

They seem impossible to contact from the UK

shoddy product at inflated prices

would not touch with a barge pole again

Tried to contact them via AN & Associates - that seems to be a defunct website too

All in all I hit a dead end whenever I try to contact them and have noted that their website says that they cannot refund anything after 30 days - how convenient when you cannot contact them in the first place. Am throwing it all in the bin and will pass the word

Monetary Loss: $7.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Total lack of ability to contact them with a product problem.

If you had taught your daughter to be more gentle with her friendship bracelet it would not have broken. Perhaps she is too young to have expensive bracelets?
