The suggestions on how to contact Florence Scovel are no good. The phone number is not in service and emails are returned as undeliverable
Ordered on 1/15/22 and item was finally delivered on 2/20/22. Tried to cancel but emails were returned as undeliverable.

Where is my bracelet
Florence Scovel never contacted me about the issue! I have received my bracelet 4 weeks after my boyfriend placed the order!
He wasn’t given any information as to where the bracelet!
It just showed up in the mail 4 weeks after he ordered it when it was only supposed to take a total of 3-6 business days! We WILL NOT be purchasing anything from this company ever again!!!!!!

I been trying to get in contact for a month for a refund and return label
O got paypal to step in so we could end this so they had me to fill out a paper and send it to her also I asked them how they contact her by email and phone but she still didn't get in contact with me NEXT THING I knew they had close and didn't get in contact with me so I'm trying to get in contact with them to find out why it was closed they knew this woman wasn't getting in touch with me but they closed it anyway, I don't have any way of getting in contact with her so decided to give them to my patients at the hospital. I'm just over.

Ordered & paid for two of same item & only received one
Had an email from Florence Scovel company saying they needed a copy of the packing list. This is more than a month later & I don't have it.
Surely they have a copy in THEIR records??? They won't do anything without it. How convenient for them.
No resolution. This is a bad company.
