Ordered an "Original USB Charging Anti-Theft Backpack - Black" from them on August 18.Have, to date (Sept 1) received nothing, no confirmation email, no tracking number, nothing.
Luckily I used Paypal, who had a telephone number on the receipt and a cancellation policy. Called the number listed on my PayPal transaction (800-400-0388) and got a recorded Voice Message saying to 'wait for the next agent'. Did that 5 times and never got through. This was despite phoning in the afternoon, when they are apparently 'open'.
I'm going to file a dispute with Paypal.How can they even have a Paypal account still?
